Official FIFA 1930 World Cup ball in Uruguay

T-Shape model

During the first World Cup in Uruguay 1930 were used two official match balls, the T-Shape ball and 12 panels ball or well-known as the Argentine model. The T-Shape ball was called like that due to its panels with a T shape/ form. T-Shape ball consists of 12 panels in T form. This model was made of real leather and it has the typical laces/ sewing out the ball in order to be inflated. The FIFA trophy called THE BEST has this ball model in its design.
